Full Stop's Trinity Bailey
Managers do it all. Things they have a hand in include—but are not limited to—shopping for deals, advising on records, approving syncs, strategizing TV looks, scoping out tours and festivals, pondering brand extensions… We get exhausted just thinking about it. That’s why our next live special, due in October, will focus on these tireless champions of their clients’ needs, wants and whims.
To get to know the managers better, we asked them to fill out our farkakteh questionnaire. Also, because they really needed something else to do.

What was the first concert you ever attended?

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
During my time in Colorado for two years of my adulthood, away from the family nestled in California, I was struggling with finding my “purpose.” And my father told me, “Purpose is what you do. Maybe your purpose is relationships.” I was confused at that time and thought he was taking a dig at me and my romantic relationship choices. He probably was, low-key. But as I pondered it, it was the best advice I ever received. I am here to build relationships and contribute through my organizational skills. I don’t get hung up on titles anymore. I contribute by valuing people, collaborating on ideas and executing vision.
