Abby Silk

Abby Silk

Director of Digital Marketing, Atlantic Music Group

Silk spends most of her days building campaigns online but the payoff comes later, when those moments jump from screen to stage. She’s seen it firsthand with projects like SAILORR’s From Florida’s Finest and Osamason’s “Psykotic,” where months of digital groundwork turned into packed venues. She’s also helped guide PinkPantheress’ rise from bedroom producer to global pop force and is now riding the momentum of streaming giant “Stateside” f/Zara Larsson—next up, Coachella. In her free time, Silk likes to hit the slopes. We’re headed downhill in our own way.

Patrick McKinley

Patrick McKinley

Director, Artist Marketing, UnitedMasters

McKinley was proud to steer the marketing rollout for Brent Faiyaz’s Icon, which earned a Top 10 debut and landed six tracks on the Hot 100 in its first week. At UnitedMasters, he recently oversaw the rollout for BigXthaPlug’s 600 Entertainment mixtape 6WA while helping develop roster acts like Ro$ama and Yung Hood. He also led the campaign for EKKSTACY’s gold-certified viral hit “i walk this earth all by myself” (490m+ global streams, 986k+ TikTok creations). McKinley once played in a college cover band. We were the roadies for chess club.

Greer Davis

Greer Davis

Music Agent, United Talent Agency

Davis still gets chills thinking about working on her first tour—with colleague Rob Gibbs—on J. Cole’s The Off-Season tour in 2021, a post-pandemic arena run that sold out instantly. Now, she’s focused on helping expand UTA’s Atlanta footprint, supporting Atlanta-based clients like Summer Walker on Breezy Bowl, the biggest-grossing R&B stadium tour of 2025. The music biz runs in the family: Her great-grandfather, Barney Bigard, toured as a clarinetist with Duke Ellington and co-wrote the jazz standard “Mood Indigo.” Speaking of swing, our moods remain unstable.

June Saba

June Saba

VP, Label & Artist Relations, Vydia

Saba will never forget signing 4batz when he had fewer than 1k followers. At Vydia, he’s also worked on global releases with Mavin Records, including Rema’s global hit “Calm Down,” while helping launch Ayra Starr’s debut project. His résumé also spans Charlie Wilson, Babyface, Johnny Gill and K-Ci Hailey—plus the debut project from Wizkid’s 14-year-old son, Champz. Now, he’s helping roll out Dionne Warwick’s final album, written by Diane Warren, and building up rising rapper Zeddy Will. Saba used to make music himself. Our kazoo demos remain the best-kept secret in the biz.

Shannon Choi

Shannon Choi

Director, A&R, Pulse Music Group

Choi still can’t believe she got to sign her former college roommate, boylife, to a pub deal at PULSE—then watch him go on to play arenas as an artist/producer. The exec recently brought producer 206DEREK into the fold after his work across 15 of 18 tracks on Don Toliver’s chart-topping OCTANE, while also helping land PULSE client Becky & the Birds on the project. She also handles A&R for FNZ alongside PULSE prez Ashley Calhoun. Choi likes to unwind with a glass of wine and a horror movie. In related news, we are the monster that refuses to die.

Anthony Celiano

Anthony Celiano

Manager, Confirmed.

Celiano’s ultimate “can’t believe this is my job” moment? Helping put Wooli’s Red Rocks show together and then getting to step back and take it all in from the crowd. Now, he’s focused on strategically building out Riordan’s touring footprint across Europe and the U.K. while navigating new markets (with his agents) to set up long-term growth. Celiano jokes that good managers are great at taking care of their clients, not themselves. We, meanwhile, are taking care of this bourbon.

Dominique “Domo” Jones

Dominique “Domo” Jones

Sr. Director of Creative Studio Operations, EMPIRE

Jones still gets a kick out of building the rooms where the magic happens, producing writing camps and large-scale sessions at EMPIRE that spark real records—including Fireboy DML’s global smash “Peru.” These days she’s focused on expanding EMPIRE’s creative ecosystem, developing programming and partnerships that bring artists, producers and brands together in spaces designed for collaboration. When she’s not orchestrating the next studio moment, Jones likes to recharge at home with her 5-lb. chihuahua, Dolla$. We suspect that dog sleeps in a nicer bed than we do.

Chirag Shah

Chirag Shah

Founder, Psylent Mgmt

Shah helps turn underground moments into main-stage reality, guiding Hamdi from the U.K. underground scene to a global hard-ticket force as records like “Skanka,” “Counting” and “Push” ripple across festival stages globally. This year, he’s focused on Baalti’s album rollout for their joint project with Lapgan (Threads), as well as Hamdi’s run across Ultra, Coachella, EDC and beyond, alongside welcoming What So Not, Osmosis Jones and Denham Audio to the Psylent roster. Off the clock he cooks a mean risotto. We’ve nearly mastered toast.
